Dalmatian Underdog was founded by OPG Ivan Atelj from Zadar with a passion for producing organic only, high-quality olive oil in the heart of Dalmatian coast of Croatia. Our journey began with a realization of the rich heritage of olive oil production since the ancient roman times in this Zadar, County region . We wanted to share our local flavors with the world and brig awareness to why cold-pressed olive oil is better for cooking versus refined oils.
